Sow indoors at 20° all year round. Put the Cocopress® tablet in a bowl and add 30ml of warm water. After 5 minutes the coco will have absorbed the water and you will have about +60cc of ready-to-use potting soil. Spread the seeds on the potting soil and press them in slightly. Place the pot on a windowsill for example and keep the potting soil moist. Transplant from mid-May, into a pot on the balcony or in the garden.
